The series of glass coaters are specially designed for coating mirror or large-sized glass for buildings, equipped with well-designed substrate racks and conveniently removable clips for any specifications or sizes of glass. The machine has its advantages of large containing, even coated films, reasonable structure, high pumping speed, short cycling, efficient productivity, easy manipulation and maintenance, etc.
Work Principle: Applying steam coating device by resistance heating in the vacuum chamber. As a result the metal wire is fused into steam and deposited on the glass and thus, the reflection film is produced on its surface.
Coupled with the subsidiary equipment DL Cryogenic Oven, this equipment can produce silver, grey or dark brown glass with heating diffusion function. It can be also equipped with magnetron sputtering source and targets to realize high-ranking films.

Step 1: Glass cleaning.
Step 2: Desiccation by stoving.
Step 3: Vacuum coating.
Step 4: Surface spraying coating.
Step 5: Finished products.
